Southeast Asia

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalm 119:105).

Dear Ones,

It’s getting a little darker out there, isn’t it?  On the Saturday evening that you move your clocks back an hour will already be Sunday, November 6th for us.  This is a special Sunday as it marks the sixth anniversary of the founding of our grace church, praise God.

Not only is it getting darker earlier, but it is also getting darker spiritually.  As believers, we have a light that shines. That is the Holy Word, which the Holy Spirit illuminates to us.

As the apostle Paul states, “For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light…And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them…See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil…” (Ephesians 5:8-16).

Living in darkness, unbelievers do not realize that they’re in the dark.  Their minds are blinded (2 Corinthians 4:4), so they need believers to share their lights.  Thank you for allowing us to share our lights with the unsaved in Southeast Asia.  We appreciate your prayers and gifts very much. Thank you!

Please pray for our church leadership team, our Bible school, and for our church members to all grow closer to the Lord.   You can also pray for our youngest son. He needs to make important decisions regarding his future plans after his high school graduation next June.

Keep sharing your lights for Christ!

In His Love,

Pat & Michelle and family
