Darlene Anderson–Home with the Lord

Indianapolis, USA

DARLENE ANDERSON, TCM pioneer missionary, passed from this life into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday night, March 5, at age 94. Her daughter Valerie, and son-in-law, Pete Wynalda, who she lived with, were with her as she stepped from this life into heaven.

Darlene and her husband, Vernon, were the first missionaries sent out by TCM. From 1958 to 2005 they established and built up ministries in the Philippines, Indonesia, Tanzania, Brazil, Kenya, Cameroon and South Africa, along with short terms in India, Europe and Turkey. When they had to move back to the USA for health reasons, they worked in the TCM home office. We praise the Lord for Darlene’s lifelong dedication to missionary work, whether serving overseas, working in the TCM office, or supporting TCM missionaries and ministries from home . Darlene will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched.

A celebration of Darlene’s life will be held on
