Killions-February 2021

January 31, 2021
Dear Friend of Nathan & Jessica Killion,

Greetings in the wonderful grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. I trust that God is blessing your new year with health and opportunities to be ambassadors for Christ.

Nathan & Jessica Killion have decided to resign as missionaries of Things to Come Mission effective January 31, 2021. The Killions have been serving in Thailand since 2008. During that time they have been leaders in the Chiang Mai Grace Fellowship, have taught English classes at the new center in Banthi, mentored university students in Chiang Mai,
evangelized in several areas and taught many home and church Bible studies. The Killions together with the Maraats were instrumental in organizing the 2018 Southeast Asia Grace Conference in Chiang Mai. The Killions learned the difficult Thai language which they have used effectively in their ministries.

Nathan has also participated in speaking at conferences in the Philippines and teaching mission classes at TCM’s missionary training school Grace Theological Center for Mission. Nathan has also been serving on TCM’s Member Care Team. Besides these, the Killions have presented the Thailand field in many churches and conferences in the United States.

When I think of Nathan & Jessica I get a bit nostalgic. I first talked with them about mission when they were single and attending Grace Bible College (now Grace Christian University). Later we worked together in the Grace churches in the Indiana-Illinois-Missouri region. In 2007 the Killions joined the Africa Safari journey to Kenya, where they made the decision to be missionaries. Later that year, Genesis Maraat, Nathan and I conducted TCM’s first survey of Thailand as a potential TCM field. Nathan & Jessica together with Matthias, Abigail and Chloe will be greatly missed in TCM.
The Killions have made plans to work with The Navigators International Student Ministries in the United States. They will communicate separately about that ministry. TCM will continue to send support gifts to the Killions through April 30.We encourage you to support them through this transition period.

TCM’s ministry in Thailand will continue with Genesis & Verna Maraat, thus ensuring continuity with the Killions’ ministry these past 13 years. Thank you for your support for the Killions and their ministry in Thailand. As Apostle Paul says, we all “share in the blessings” of the gospel.

In Christ,
Ben Anderson
International Director
